Two Years of Emilie

My sweet little Emilie turned two years old yesterday, so I thought it would be fun to look back at some of the fun memories I have of my little angel:

This was my first view of her, and I love how she still make that face!
Just home from the hospital and already looking up to her big brother.Blessing DayVisiting Grandma Helton in CaliforniaGrandpa Hatch's farm in Idaho FallsFirst ChristmasGetting mobile!Valentine's Day with Isaac and Michaela First Birthday!Family party in Idaho FallsNot liking getting so wet at the splash park. Even upset, she's still so darn cute!Shark tank at the aquarium in CaliforniaSecond Christmas, thoroughly spoiled (and covered in chocolate!)Some of the cute things she does right now:
  • Sings, La la la, princess shoes! or La la la, stinky train! or La la la, Grandma's house! (sung to Elmo's song)
  • Greets us in the morning with a very enthusiastic "Good morning!"
  • She sings the alphabet, but without a little help, she gets stuck after "g" and goes back to the beginning. Then it occurred to me, she's probably just a musical genius and knows that in music, it only goes up to "g," so why bother with the other letters?
  • She loves animals and makes the funniest horse, rooster, and bee sounds
  • Carries around her baby dolls and makes sure they have plenty of "blankets"
  • Loves Woody (from toy story) but calls him "Buddy"
  • Calls all cats "Gabby" and loves them all
  • Has to drink her cocoa, and if she wakes up in the middle of the night and is upset, she orders you to get her some.
